indie This cartoon was published in June, but only now has my attention. However, I do not think many of you heard of either, and could make a sweet gift for the player vacation.

Gene Luen Yang and Thien Pham is illustrated by a comic play that's really not about the game at all. This is a guy named Dennis Asia, America are struggling to live up to expectations of their immigrant parents rigid. They prefer to take it easy and play some video games, which is in conflict with a future in medicine. It will eventually be expelled from medical school because of their gambling and to find the four angels to help get your life back on track. That's all I have so far. Their website has several pages of extracts, some of which I included in the gallery below. The art is simple and hides the deeper message behind the words so that the product can be enjoyed on many levels. I read that I was very curious, so I think I'll find a copy for myself.
