An early version of the single-player campaign from Epic Games 'upcoming Gears of War 3 makes its way to torrent sites, Epic confirmed the contents are not the final version of the game.

Last month Epic Games announced 1.29 million gamers from 145 countries tried out the beta for the game, which ran from April 18 to May 15. Further, Gears of War 3 reached 1 million pre-orders, faster than any other Xbox 360-exclusive, beating out Halo: Reach and Halo 3.
