Saints Row: The Third seems crazy bright. Take Grand Theft Auto IV, to eliminate all serious (ie not funny) bits, throw in a fully customizable main character - who has a "zombie" mode of your voice - and you have one of more ridiculous, shameless rubbish in a game at all.
