Yosuke Matsuda says he will look to the editor and press that does not work.

New Square Enix President Yosuke Matsuda promised a fundamental review of the publisher.

"Having got the role as president, I intend to examine all functions of Square Enix, companies and assets in terms of zero-based budgeting," Matsuda said investors in a conference (via Siliconera).

Matsuda became president of Square Enix last week following the resignation of Yoichi Wada amid the announcement of "extraordinary losses" in the financial report of the company. Wada had served for more than a decade.
